No matter what problems you encounter in setting up hardware/software, please contact customer service center. Our staff will offer you the timely and accurate guides.
When you purchase and use SinoPen's handwriting teaching software, please fill in the credit card attached to the product and send it back to SinoPen. After receiving the credit card, SinoPen will build a customer record for you so as to offer convenient and comprehensive service to you.
You can order products directly from the website of SinoPen, and staff of customer service center will collect the orders in time and later contact you for confirmation.
SinoPen will collect feedback opinions from customers and provide you with comprehensive service so as to ensure the normal use of products.
