With the association of SinoVoice, SinoPen won the tender in US-China E-Language Learning System owing to the perfect combination of SinoPen ' s handwriting recognition technology with SinoVoice ' s speech technology. SinoPen serves as the unique core-technology provider from China in this project. This project obtained great attention from the governments of both sides, and is one of the most substantial co-operative projects between Ministry of Education of P.R. China and the U.S. Department of Education since the establishment of Sino-US foreign relations. This project plays a significant role in the promotion of mutual understanding, development of educational culture communication and long-term friendship between the United States and P.R. China.
